Who is responsible

What is collected

When you send an enquiry, the details you enter are collected: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your organisation, role, phone number, preferred contact method and message. The subject you select is also recorded.

For security and to prevent spam, the date and time of the enquiry, your IP address and your browser type are recorded with it.

Why it is used

• To read and reply to your enquiry, and to send you an automatic confirmation that it was received.
• To keep a record of professional correspondence.
• To protect the form from abuse and automated spam.

Your details are not sold, rented or used for marketing lists.

Where it goes and how long it is kept

Enquiries are delivered by email to info@caraviranjan.com, hosted with Hostinger. A backup copy of each enquiry is kept on the web server in a private, access-restricted folder for up to 12 months, and is then deleted automatically. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the professional relationship and any record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by writing to info@caraviranjan.com. You can also withdraw your consent to further contact at any time.

Changes

This notice may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
