Board value proposition

A finance-led, governance-focused perspective for boards navigating growth, scrutiny and change.

Consequential decisions rarely sit inside a single discipline. Ravi brings five to the same table, so the financial, regulatory and strategic consequences of a choice are weighed together, before it is made.

Financial expertise
Reporting quality, financial oversight and the discipline of numbers that hold up under review.
Corporate governance
Board processes, committee structures and accountability that works in practice, not only on paper.
Regulatory understanding
Companies Act compliance, secretarial practice, and direct and indirect taxation, seen from both the CA and CS disciplines.
Risk oversight
Audit, internal controls and the early identification of financial and business risk.
Strategic advisory
Business and financial strategy, restructuring, and the decisions that determine what a company becomes next.

Leadership

A leadership journey that began on campus.

“My leadership journey began during my college years, when I served as General Secretary of the Department of Commerce in my second year and Vice President of Ramjas College in my third year. These early experiences laid the foundation for my ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, build consensus, and drive initiatives with accountability.

Over the last decade, I have translated these leadership skills into entrepreneurship by building a consultancy from the ground up and developing a team of 25 professionals. I believe these experiences equip me to contribute meaningfully to other organisations by bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, financial and business acumen, a collaborative leadership approach, and a strong focus on governance, value creation and long-term organisational success.”
